With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Aniyan Joseph has traversed through diverse terrains of legal practice, leaving an indelible mark through his unwavering dedication and exceptional integrity.
His journey as a legal practitioner has been marked by numerous milestones, from representing clients in various Tribunals and High Courts along the length and breadth of the nation. Beyond conventional litigation, Mr. Joseph has embraced alternative dispute resolution methods. He has undergone training in Mediation conducted by Institute for the Study and Development of Legal Systems, San Francisco and is a qualified mediator and contributing his expertise to the Karnataka Mediation Centre in Bangalore from its inception in the year 2006.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of experiences, Mr. Joseph has served as a stalwart representative of both governmental and private sector entities. Siji Malayil
Mr. Malayil is an experienced lawyer having conducted litigations for more than two and half decades. He has successfully conducted criminal trial in various courts across the country. During his professional journey, he has extended his legal services by advising and representing various individuals as well as clients from corporate sectors and NGOs.
Mr. Malayil was appointed as Central Government Standing Counsel for two consecutive terms. During his tenure as Central Government Counsel, he had successfully conducted cases for the Union of India and its agencies. Considering his expertise and knowledge in criminal law, he was also appointed as Special Public Prosecutor for Narcotic Control Bureau for conducting cases for NCB in the High Court of Karnataka. He is also empanelled with various private and nationalized banks in India.
Mr. Malayil is formerly represented India in Criminal Law Committee of International Bar Association (IBA). He has conducted various workshops imparting knowledge on Human rights and related laws at various forums and institutions. He is a visiting faculty in some of the prominent educational institutions.
He has mentored several individuals and even provided opportunities to budding advocates to move into a lead role thereby preparing them for new challenges in the field of law.
